Hello fellow ballet lovers!
I tend to have a habit of searching beautiful ballet pictures, so i've decided to put my passion into a site. So have a scroll, and enjoy the beauty, flawlessness and grace, of ballet dancers.

Gaynor Minden Pointe shoes
The Australian Ballet
A ballerinas life is spent on the tips of the toes. In this video, the dancers from the Australian ballet take us through their personal pointe shoe prep routines.
Gina Brescianini was born in Sydney, and studied at the McDonald College and the Australian ballet school. In 1998, Gina won a scholarship to travel to London to compete in the international Genee Awards. Later on, she joined the Australian Ballet in 2001. Since joining the company, she has performed in many famous ballets such as Giselle, Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake and many more.
Gina won the prestigious Telstra Ballet Dancer Award, the highest accolade of its kind for young ballet dancers. Gina was promoted to the Coryphee at the end of 2004, and was then promoted to a soloist in April 2007.
Her other passion apart from ballet is kundalini yoga, which you do with your eyes closed. She has opened her own yoga centre called Radiant Awakening in Sydney where she teaches kundalini yoga and Pilates. She also teaches ballet, yoga and Pilates to the senior students at McDonald College, and ballet and Pilates at Dorothy Cowie School of Dancing.
I look up to Gina as I myself have been taught by her at Dorothy Cowie School of Dancing. She is an amazing dancer and choreographer, and it amazes me by how successful she has become. I feel privileged to know her and to be taught by her. A truly inspiring dancer.

Here Is a short video of Gina describing what Australian ballet artists are like.
She has also appeared in a music video by Paul Mulhearn, and choreographed a dance to accompany his music.
One comment was:
"The Ballerina is world class... can't stop watching this."

New York City Ballet
I have always taken an interest in new york city ballet. I love to see their videos, pictures and watch their hard-working students work their magic.
One of a series of short films for the New York City Ballet, this film tells the story of ballet shoes from the factory to the stage, and the importance of shoes to the life of a dancer.
Check out these amazing dancers from Atlanta Professional Dance Academy. They went on Americas Got Talent and showed their stuff!
They also have a video of their full dance which is just the extended version of this dance. Just search 'Jasmine Flowers'.
